A third-generation real estate professional, Connor was raised in a family where property, design, and business were daily conversations. His uncle, Bill Duggan, earned national recognition as the #1 agent at Coldwell Banker during Rodeo Realty’s tenure under the brand — a legacy that helped shape Connor’s deep respect for client service and market expertise.
Originally from Highland Park, Texas, Connor earned his degree in Business from the University of North Texas, where he was inducted into the Delta Epsilon Iota Honor Society. After college, he relocated to Newport Beach, California, where he has built his career, family, and community ties for over a decade. His firsthand knowledge of the coastal Orange County market — from its neighborhoods and schools to its commercial corridors — gives him a distinct edge in identifying both value and opportunity.

Outside of real estate, Connor is a dedicated father, martial arts practitioner, and student of Taoism, striving to live his life — and lead his clients — in a state of flow. He is also actively involved in Liberty Baptist Church and his son’s school community, where he continues to mentor and inspire the next generation.
